This support presents its designing in “Tex-Silver” painting. Bed base is composed by a tough multilayer beech bed frame, rested upon metallic legs and provided with  technological joints. Mattress support surface reflects “Total Flexibility Area” idea: comfort for every bed base support zone. Rides are realized in Hytrel and organized in accordance with mattress different zones bearing: high flexibility white area for shoulder,  dark grey match with the high bearing lumbar region; light grey for legs and head, medium bearing). Bed base is furnished with shaped holding mattress staves.

Bed Frame Section 70x30mm.
Stave from 38x8mm.
Fixed lumbar in series regulator.
Metal feet ( or silver painted cylinder Ø 6.5 h 25 – 30 – 35 – 40)

Bed Frame: beech multilayer section mm. 70x30 with complementary jointed elements (Pinocchio legs). Metal feet (or cylindrical wood Ø 65mm).

Staves: curved beech multilayer section mm. 38x8; bed head and end are shaped and conformed to “gull wings”. 

Bed base plane:  
Length – ergonomic multi bearing zones with different flexibility in  cervical, shoulders, lumbar, pelvis and legs region.
Width - high flexibility (cm. 6) in TFA (Total Flexible Area) because we have no stiff point even in the perimeter.  

Tipping support: in Hytrel for long duration and “elastic memory”, differentiating and tipping flexibility with specific coloration according to use’s zone. 

Rigidity regulator:
 In lumbar region, three regulation sector with transversal flow from centre to the sides. 

Shoulder region:  
High flexibility gull wings staves adapted to different body position guaranteeing the best ergonomics. 

Electric engines:
Two parted engines with little burden and direct drive-shaft; included low-tension transformer and six functions bottom. European safety norms TUV.
Tested product by CATAS, according to UNI EN 1725 normative.
