This box spring mattress is very firm, orthopedic. The internal structure is made up of springs covered by overlapping layers of fabric (leacril and rossino)  that automatically create a body profile to support each individual part. An excellent anatomical mattress. Cover is made of pure cotton jacquard. Equipped with an air valve for good ventilation, treated to prevent mites, fungi and bacteria.
